My Inspiration

A bunch of fall images I find inspiring! Many are from Free People.
Right now I'm home watching TV and just came across Denmark's Next Top Model. I'm feeling really embarrassed that my country can't produce better TV. It's the lamest thing I've ever seen and it should be canceled immediately. I'd rather sit and stare into a wall that watch that crap. OMG. I have however been enjoying many of the new American shows that have just premiered. I have a few favorites so far: there's New Girl featuring a cute and quirky Zooey Deshanel, Terra Nova which has a good mix of sci-fi and dinosaurs, and A Gifted Man which is a modern medical drama and ghost story. Then there are my regulars, Gossip Girl, Fringe, Big Bang Theory and The Lying Game. Lot's of good TV for me this fall!

Bradley Cooper and Me

I love going to the movies and never miss the opportunity to do a little celebrity stalking if it's not too inconvenient, so of course I was there when Bradley Cooper was in Copenhagen to promote his movie Limitless. It was fun too see all the screaming girls lounging at him to get an autograph or a photo. I came completely unprepared for the crowds and photo ops so my pictures didn't turn out that great. I didn't have anything for him to autograph either so I settled for seeing him signing posters for everyone else. Fortunately I'm quite resourceful so I managed to get a poster from his press team and ambush him at the end of the autograph line where I not only got his autograph but also a picture (unfortunately I look like a chubby chipmunk in it). Cooper seemed like a really nice guy and took time signing posters and posing for pictures for a lot of the people there. He was graceful, professional and a lot shorter than I imagined haha. Oh, and he had a nice smile. The movie was actually quite good and it didn't hurt that Cooper had been up on stage presenting it with a couple of funny behind the scenes stories. I filmed it so visit my Flickr if you want to see.

Below are some pictures taken by the Nordisk Film press team. You can find me in the crowds if you look close enough.

Forum Flea Market

Last weekend I went to the Forum Copenhagen Winter Flea-and Antique Market with my mom and grandmother. We've been going for years and it's become something of a tradition. The flea market is indoors and offers plenty of interesting stalls with beautiful items such as clothes, jewelry and decor. This time I was lucky enough to find some great pieces that I'll share with you in a moment. I also bought some yummy homemade organic carrot cake. The flea market is maybe 4-6 times a year and there's always something different to discover there. I hope you'll visit if you're ever in Copenhagen or if you live here already but haven't tried it before. Luckily I had my iPhone with me so I took some pictures to share with you.

I bought a beautiful pair of Russian worn child's ballet slippers, some mixed vintage jewelry and a very cute figurine. All vintage and low priced. I'm very happy with my finds, especially the slippers.

Bubble Tea

I could really use a bubble tea right now. A nice chilled Honeydew Melon flavor with lots of jellies! You can't buy them in Denmark but they have very tasty ones in London. I hope they start selling them here though. I think they'd be very pupular during the summer months and a nice alternative to popsicles. I've even heard that you can get them with rainbow colored jellies which sounds like a lot of fun, perfect for summer.
