I had to post these amazing Marie Antoinette inspired photos of Louise Ebel of Miss Pandora. Apparently she's been to a ball at Versailles. Lucky girl! I'd kill for an opportunity like that as it's always been a dream of mine. And she looked gorgeous. She promises tp post pictures of the event soon so I'll be looking forward to that.

Homes that I Love: Part 1
Recently I saw two different homes on two different blogs that looked nothing alike, but were both amazing and inspiring. I'll share the first one with you now, but you'll have to wait untill later today to see the second one, so be sure to check back.
The first one belongs to the Cherry Blossom Girl, who just recently moved into a new gorgeous Paris apartment. I love how she used whites and dusty pastels combined with pretty outfits in lovely fabrics to achieve a classic Parisian look.

In love with Manoush
When I was in Paris in May I came across the French fashion label Manoush in Galeries Lafayette and fell totally in love. Their collections are so fun, colorful, and pays attention to detail. All the fabrics and accents are gorgous, so I really hope they'll eventually open a store in Copenhagen so I can sample their fantastic pieces. It's hard to describe how truely amazing I find Manoush, so go see for yourself on their website.

A couple of months ago my boyfriend surprised me with a 4-day trip to Paris for our 5-year anniversary. It was very romantic and a perfect way to celebrate. I'm planning to write a series of reviews of places and experiences you can have in Paris, so here are some of my photographs as a little preview.

French and fabulous - Superbus
Today I'm actually going to write about music, specifically a wonderful French band called Superbus. I noticed their music on one of my Paris trips when I saw them on a French music program on our hotel room TV set. I brought their CD home with me having only heard one song but I was positively surprised by the album, which is now part of my everyday playlist. Their music is really good and they have such a good vibe. It's pop/rock and most of the songs are in French but some are in English. I think the French language is so charming and I just love the sound of it. I'd definitely recommend this band and I'll leave you with some of their songs here so you can have a listen.

Les Anis de Flavigny
I came across these lovely candies in Galeries Lafayette in Paris. They come in delicate oval tin boxes adorned with beautiful illustrations. Not only do they taste yummy and come in a variety of flavors, they also have a single delicate anis seed in the middle which makes the candies even more special. The story of the Les anis de Flavigny is also lovely and adds to the experience of eating the candies. The packaging can easily be reused as pillboxes, or as storage for small keepsakes.
Beautiful Parisian furniture at Graine d’Intérieur
Whenever I'm in Paris I have to visit Graine d'Intérieur. They have such beautiful and detailed furniture and home decoration items. I know it's impossible for me to buy most of it as I live in Denmark, but it's definitely worth a visit. You can buy lots of knick knacks for your home. Last time I bought fake spots of flowery grass as well as a beautiful photo album. Their website is in French but have a look anyway Graine d'Intérieur.
