I just discovered the new lookbook by Sugarhigh + Lovestoned via Spell and I must say it blew my mind. The redhead is gorgeous with her messy bangs, and I love the whole relaxed biker chick feel of the shoot. This is just a great collection photos and you can see more on their blog here.

Funny Blog: Hypebole and a Half
I recently stumbled upon this amazing blog on Twitter. Someone wrote that it was the funniest blog ever and I just had to see for myself. First off, it's not for everyone. I tried making my boyfriend read it and he just had a blank stare the whole time he was looking at it. My reaction however was quite different: I was on the subway when I was linked to it and I eventually started laughing so hard that everyone was looking at me while my laughter induced tears were running down my cheeks and my loud chuckles were drowning out all the noise you normally hear on the subway. I had to shut it down before finishing it to stop myself from laughing and think about something really sad like homeless puppies. Basically, the blog is based on a lovely young womans memories and experiences and all her stories are illustrated with very funny and simple cartoons that help to really enhance the stories. I really enjoy reading it and have added it to my iPhone blog reader. I hope you'll enjoy Hyperbole and a Half as much as I do!

Style Inspiration: Autilia
I'm always on the lookout for new fashionblogs and fashionistas to follow and be inspired by, and my latest favorite is the lovely Autilia from Perth, Australia. I noticed her on lookbook.nu and have posted one of her looks here before. It was just recently that I actually visited her blog and was blown away by her many amazing pictures of creatively crafted looks. Many of her photos are of her in the desert which is a perfect backdrop for her diverse styles. I'd definitely recommend watching this girl.

French Girls Rock: Le Blog de Betty
I have a little "collection" of French girl fashion blogs that I read religiously. They are my absolute favorites and I think it's about time I introduce them here on Poulet Poulet. I'll do a post for each of them and I'll start of with:
Meet Betty, the coolest chick in Paris. She's a super trendy fashion blogger with amazing raw style and a cute sense of humor. Unlike many other fashionistas she almost always smiles on her pictures, and I like that a lot. She's a very pretty girl that seems very forthcoming, and she has an amazing life that she likes to share with all her readers. She travels a lot so besides fashion you can expect to see many photos from her adventures abroad. She's very classy and so is her photos, which makes this the go to blog if you want relevant style updates from a down to earth rock chick Parisian.

Folk Art by Stacey Rozich
I recently stubled across folk artist Stacey Rozich and I love her wonderful illustrations. She uses bold colors, intricate patterns and creates fun and somewhat haunting pictures of tribal characters and creatures. Her medium of choice varies from watercolor and gouache to pen and ink.Visit Stacey's blog Mystery Meats for more eye candy.
